Wags, Wine & Workouts was born because the “W” words, Wags, Wine & Workouts  create a beautiful “W”hole that is bigger than each individual part.

I am passionate about fitness and animals.  I  don’t drink wine. But everyone else loves wine (it seems) and together, these three Ws create the opportunity to build a new Flagstaff community that will thrive and grow while raising money for our local humane associations. It is so exciting!

On the corner of Birch and San Francisco streets, OENO Wine Lounge makes tasting and drinking a creative and fun experience. Owners Dara & Sierra Wong (also the owners of Shift Restaurant) provide a carefully cultivated and diverse selection of wines. The beautiful outdoor patio is a dream spot for relaxing, enjoying and people-watching Flagstaff. Dara and her team are loved and respected in our community. They host a multitude of events including tastings, industry days, and pet friendly partnerships that elevate Oeno to a new level of lounge enjoyment.

Wags, Wine & Workouts is a fun and unique program that brings together fitness enthusiasts, wine lovers, and animal advocates to support local Humane Associations. Participants buy a monthly ticket for $35 and get access to everything! Our wine party, free classes at fitness studios and our super special fitness event.  Some of our classes are first come first serve so buy soon and sign up!

We know some of you don’t drink and don’t workout.  Get a ticket anyway and come to our party!

Flagstaff Fitness Studios said yes to Wags! We tried to include something for everyone.  Spin, Yoga, Stretch, Barre 3, Aerial, Strength, Nutrition, Mobility, Self Defense, Orange Theory, Running, and an introduction to our newest fitness studio, coming soon!

Try one of try them all. Bring friends.  So much fun!

When you purchase a monthly ticket you receive an email with a link to your wine coupons valid during that month.

High Country Humane Association is selling tickets, collecting fund and disbursing funds to Coconino Humane Association and Tuba City Humane Association.
